It is very common among those interested in Phenomenological-Existential Psychology, the desire to read Philosophy authors, such as Kierkegaard, Heidegger, Husserl and Sartre. However, this endeavor is often hurried and hampered by the lack of prior knowledge about the proposals of these authors.

In addition, philosophical discussions appear to be far from the everyday life of the psychological clinic, so that the transposition of knowledge from Philosophy to Psychology requires years of study and reflection.

What few people realize is that we already have numerous reference works in Psychology itself, which articulate Philosophy in a more inviting way for psychologists and Psychology students.

 

The purpose of this group is to read and discuss these works, which the Phenomenological and Existential Clinic thinks. For this, we will start the journey with three books by Ana Feijoo, a reference in the area.
